Classes are intentionally limited to six clients to preserve quality and attention. A refined group setting that balances personalized guidance with shared momentum.

Perfect for all levels regardless of Pilates experience. Your instructor will incorporate the Pilates fundamentals and Pilates beginner exercises into the class flow. You'll learn how to safely complete the exercises and transition from one exercise to the next with control and precision.

Ideal for those looking to tone and sculpt, this class goes beyond the basics. It’s designed for students who already have foundational knowledge and are ready to explore more technical exercises such as coordination, inversions, and advanced variations. (Pre-reqs: at least 5 Reformer I or equivalent experience in the past.)

This class is a full body workout with a heavy traditional Pilates emphasis. This class often utilizes different props and equipment. Your back and abdominal strength will be involved in virtually every exercise.
